• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after:

  • Payment confirmation (for prepaid orders), or

  • COD order approval

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.

• We deliver nationwide through J&T Express, our trusted logistics partner

• All parcels are shipped via standard door-to-door delivery

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location:

• Metro Manila (NCR): 2–3 business days

• Luzon (outside NCR): 2–5 business days

• Visayas: 4–7 business days

• Mindanao: 5–9 business days

• Island / Remote Locations: 12–15 business days

Shipping Fees

• Free Nationwide Shipping is currently offered on all Learnify™ orders

• If the free shipping promotion ends, a flat-rate fee of ₱150 may apply

• Learnify™ delivers nationwide across the Philippines via J&T Express

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries

Important Information

• Once an order has been handed over to J&T Express, Learnify™ is not liable for courier-related delays or service disruptions

• If delivery attempts fail due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refusal to receive the parcel
