Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 7 days from the date the order is received

  • The product is unused, unwritten on, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

⚠️ Due to hygiene and quality reasons, used or written-on copybooks are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or written-on copybooks

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Orders reported beyond the 7-day return window

  • Change-of-mind returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A short explanation of the concern

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the affected item

  • Store credit

  • Refund (when applicable)

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is on our end

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Learnify™ will cover return shipping

  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
